Quality management for welding metallic materials
EN ISO 3834 certification ensures that all our welding processes meet strict requirements for personnel qualifications, material inspection, technical procedures and final weld inspection.

KUKAL & UHLÍŘ is a Czech engineering company with a long tradition and extensive expertise in precision machining and the manufacture of metal parts.
We focus on custom manufacturing tailored to the individual needs of our customers. We combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest technologies. Our extensive production facilities enable us to provide comprehensive services – CNC turning, milling, welding, surface finishing and complete delivery of finished parts.
This allows us to offer high quality and precision, as well as flexibility and short delivery times. Our aim is to be a partner you can always rely on, whether you need a one-off solution or long-term cooperation in engineering and manufacturing.
Our story began in 1991, built on craftsmanship and the continuous development of our production facilities.
The company was founded by Jiří Kukal senior, Ing. Jan Uhlíř and Jiří Kukal junior. They built on experience gained in their previous engineering careers. The first ten employees manufactured fixtures, special components and tools for local businesses.
In 1992, the company acquired its own production site and its first international customers. It gradually expanded its machinery and production for the agricultural, automotive and other industries.
Today, production takes place in Kraslice and in Královské Poříčí, where we opened another site in 2023.

1992
Own production site and international orders
New production facilities and partnerships beyond the Czech Republic.
2010–11
Sharing experience
Start of cooperation with the Integrated Secondary School of Technology and Economics in Sokolov.
2011
Development of production facilities
Renovation of the site begins, alongside investment in machinery.
2023
Site in Královské Poříčí
Opening of another site and expansion of production facilities beyond Kraslice.
2025
New machinery and expanded production
Investment in additional high-productivity machinery and the gradual expansion of production at the Královské Poříčí plant.
